Welcome our new Family Court Magistrate Maurice Frazier to the Bench.
The Circuit Court is excited to announce the appointment of our new Magistrate, Maurice C. Frazier. After reviewing many qualified applicants, and upon recommendations from the Magistrate Selection Committee, the Judges of the Circuit Court for Howard County selected Mr. Frazier to serve as our newest Magistrate.
Mr. Frazier has worked in the Howard County State’s Attorney’s Office since 2007, and most recently, he was the unit chief of the general crimes unit. In addition to his extensive trial experience, he has a strong writing background and has worked with many of our justice partners throughout his career. Mr. Frazier is very familiar balancing large dockets, while managing court deadlines and complex cases. Please join us in welcoming Mr. Frazier to our bench.
