On December 30, 3014, Governor Martin O’Malley appointed Master Mary M. Kramer as Judge for the Circuit Court of Howard County, filling the vacancy left with the retirement of Judge Louis A. Becker in February 2014. Master Kramer was sworn in on December 31, 2014 by Clerk of the Court Wayne Robey. Her investiture will follow at a later date.
