The Howard County Bar Association welcomes new members! We invite attorneys who have been sworn in before the Maryland Court of Appeals and who are in good standing, and who either live in Howard County or practice law in Howard County, Maryland to become a member.

Annual Dues are $55.00 for government attorneys and $110 for attorneys in private practice
